Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Return Policy applies to all coaching services purchased from Biosnatural, including Discovery Sessions, Clarity Arc, and Integration Path programs.

2. Discovery Session

Discovery Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. If we cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

3. Multi-Session Programs

For Clarity Arc and Integration Path programs:

  • Full refund available if cancellation occurs before the first session
  • Partial refund (proportional to unused sessions) available if cancellation occurs after the first session but before the midpoint of the program
  • No refund after the program midpoint, though sessions may be rescheduled within the program period

4. Rescheduling

Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. One complimentary reschedule per program is included. Additional reschedules may be subject to availability.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. To request a refund or cancellation, email request@biosnatural.world with your name, program details, and reason for the request.

6. New York Consumer Rights

New York residents may have additional rights under New York General Business Law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable state law.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Digital Materials

Worksheets, reflection prompts, and other digital resources provided during coaching are non-refundable once delivered, as they constitute part of the service rendered.
